About Children's Choice

After-School Program

• Monday – Friday
• 2:15–6 pm
• Open during conference weeks, in-service days, vacation breaks, and many holidays

Registration

Children's Choice Registration

• Click the "Add a Child" link
• Make sure there are two emergency contacts
• Include child's doctor name and phone number
• After submitting your info, you will receive a confirmation email

Prices

• After-school: $79 per week or $23 per day
• 10% Sibling Discount given for 2^nd and subsequent children
• Full-day Vacation Camp: $148 per week or $38 per day
• Financial assistance through CYFD Child Care Assistance accepted
